Payment of Fees

Tuition Fees are calculated per month. Fees are due no later than the first week of every month. There is no deduction or refunds for holidays or for absence and withdrawal or termination of service. Parents are not allowed to automatically make deductions from fees due as a result of their child’s absenteeism.

In an effort to guarantee the best service/education to each child it is important that the center meet its financial obligations efficiently and since school fees are a major part of its income, all parents/guardians are therefore asked to make a special effort to pay all fees on time.

There is a 10% penalty charge for all late payment of fees after (7) seven days. Any confidential arrangements made between Parents and Administration shall be deemed null and void if leaked out.

A debt collector will collect fees for children who leave without paying and a 15% fee will be added for the collector.

Management reserves the right to revise the school fees at any time and to advise the parents accordingly allowing for adequate notice of this intention.

PLEASE NOTE:

There may be a school fee review every 2 years.

Parents, who require a payment plan must discuss with the Administrator. Payment must be made during the first week of every month; failure to pay on time will result in a 10% late payment fee.

· School fees must be paid on or before the day that the child enters the centre. Except if the parents/guardian discuss with Administration of any problems arising, where a payment plan agreement will be signed.

· School fees can be paid at the Bank of Saint Lucia (BOSL) a/c # 901213499 or at, Kiddies Head Start Inc. Upon making payments at the bank, take in your bank receipt to the centre where you will subsequently get a receipt from Administration. Unless we have your receipt, your fees will be classified as owing.

· Parents having failed to make a payment for one month will only be allowed a grace period of one week to settle all fees. Upon failure, we will have the child return home unless fees owed are paid.

· Fees paid are NOT refundable.

· There is a 10% discount for children of the same family.

· Overtime is an important factor. Any child staying past their designated pick-up time will be charged the overtime rate. Parents wanting to have their child remaining at the centre after pick-up time MUST inform or notify the Administrator in advance. Overtime MUST be paid when you come to pick up your child.

INSURANCE

All children are required to pay a fee of $20.00 annually, for insurance coverage. NB: It is an accidental plan.
